I ordered a product from this company which they "say" was shipped. Then I received email that product was delivered. I never received it however ! Next day they emailed that they had made an error & product is still on the way. Today I received email with a credit for half what I paid as they said product was returned. Can'r return something you never received. These people are thieves, beware. They refused to give me the total amount back charging me restocking and shipping for something I NEVER received or returned !!!

The product that was shipped is not as described.
The confirmation detail stated 3 items of the same and when received there was only one of the 3 items
On May 25th I spoke with SHIR and on May the 26th I left a voicemail and on May the 27th I spoke with Lily and sent her photos of the product bottle And package which contained no expiration date
I asked for a complete refund and they may have the Product that was shipped to me with a prepaid return label which they rejected.
I have taken further Steps which include contact to American Express and the state of Washington Consumer complaint.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I paid for a specific shipping method and then they ship with a courier service that refuses to come into my driveway. I sent many emails for them to rectify the situation and ship the parcel the way I had paid for and they refuse to do so. The courier depot is 1.5 hours away from my house and only open 2 hours in the middle of the day. The emails they sent back may as well have said “too bad so sad, your problem now”. I presume that I will never see this parcel. Waste of money waste of time and from a company that doesn’t give a fiddle about their customers.
